Policy Title: Mandatory Insurance Requirement for Fund Withdrawals

1. Introduction

This insurance policy outlines the mandatory insurance requirements for all investors of ProvidusOptions.Tech who wish to initiate withdrawals from their investment portfolios. This policy is designed to protect the interests of both the company and its esteemed investors, while ensuring a seamless, secure, and well-structured withdrawal process.

2. Mandatory Insurance Packages

To maintain a high level of financial security and to support the smooth execution of withdrawal requests, ProvidusOptions.Tech requires all investors to adhere to the following insurance package mandates:

  • Full Withdrawal of Portfolio:
    Investors who intend to withdraw all the funds in their account must first purchase an insurance package equivalent to 10% of their total portfolio value. This ensures the integrity of the withdrawal process and guarantees comprehensive coverage throughout the transaction.

  • Partial Withdrawal (Half or Less):
    Investors who wish to withdraw half or less of their total account balance must purchase an insurance package equivalent to 7% of the total portfolio value.

The insurance package must be fully purchased before any withdrawal process is initiated.

3. Refund Policy

The full value of the insurance package purchased will be immediately refunded to the investor upon the successful completion of the withdrawal process. ProvidusOptions.Tech assures investors that the insurance package is not a fee but a refundable security requirement for processing withdrawals.

4. Policy Enforcement

Compliance with this policy is mandatory. ProvidusOptions.Tech reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal requests that do not meet the above-stated insurance requirements. This policy applies to all account holders, without exception.

5. Amendments

ProvidusOptions.Tech retains the right to amend, update, or revise this insurance policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated clearly and in advance to all investors through official communication channels.
